Refund policy

At Majestic New York, we are confident you will love your jewelry as much as we do. But if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns and exchanges for natural diamonds.

  • We accept returns and exchanges for lab grown jewelry within 5 working days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging and certificate.

  • Refund for an in-store purchased item is issued via Majestic New York Gift Card, in a form of store credit that can be redeemed in the period of 1 year. 

  • For online purchases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This term does not apply to purchases made by payment link. 

  • Refund is processed in 3-5 working days. 

  • Custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable. Custom jewelry includes size corrections, engravings or any form of corrections with the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Purchased online via our website

    • Unworn and unused

    • In the same condition as received

    • In the original packaging with tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Jewelry purchased in our store/showroom (only store credit can be provided)

  • Custom, made to order or personalized jewelry

  • Natural diamond pieces

  • Items that have been resized

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
