1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 5 business days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Purchased online via our website

    • Unworn and unused

    • In the same condition as received

    • In the original packaging with tags


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Jewelry purchased in our store/showroom

  • Custom, made to order or personalized jewelry

  • Items that have been resized

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
