  • We accept returns and exchanges for lab grown jewelry within 5 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Limitation of Liability

1-Year Guarantee

All Majestic pieces are covered by a 1-year guarantee from the date of purchase, which includes:

  • Complimentary resizing (subject to design limitations)

  • Repairs for manufacturing faults

  • Stone tightening if needed due to craftsmanship issues

What is Covered

This guarantee applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural issues with the setting

  • Loose stones caused by production faults

What is Not Covered

The guarantee does not cover:

  • General wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)

  • Damage caused by impact, improper use, or accidents

  • Loss of stones or jewelry

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Resizing Policy 

We offer complimentary one time resizing within the first year, where possible (0.5 to 1 size up or down). Some designs (e.g., eternity bands, intricate pavé styles) may not be resizable.

Proof of Purchase & Certification

This guarantee is valid with proof of purchase (receipt).
For certified diamonds, the original IGI or GIA certificate may be required for certain services.
